The Resilient Warrior Project

Operators, Spouses, and Families within our Pararescue community, and not unlike our entire U. S. military, Special Operations Forces face unique pressures and challenges that seriously impact their daily and long-term mental, emotional, and physical well-being.   “The Resilient Warrior Project” is a weeklong experiential program at the secluded 63-acre Leadership & Freedom Center property that offers the tools, techniques, and shared life experiences needed to build resiliency and well-being for the operator, spouse, family, and force.  Our “Mind and Body” expert Team has over 350 years of combined experience in the disciplines of emotional intelligence, individual and family counseling, leadership, conflict resolution, mindfulness, and nutrition.
