The program, "A Gettysburg Leadership Experience - Forging Trusted Leaders - Building Trusted Teams©," is founded on a simple premise - personal character, competency and compassion are the essential trusted behaviors for every effective leader. This premise was epitomized in the historic 1863 Civil War Battle of Gettysburg. For this reason, we make our home in the Leadership and Freedom Center at the Lodges at Gettysburg, perched atop one of the highest ridges overlooking the hallowed Battle grounds.

Our TEAM is committed to engendering an immersive historical encounter that transcends a simple classroom or battlefield tour. In building this unforgettable historical adventure, we will focus on lessons learned from the leaders who fought at Gettysburg.  We seek to help every leader reach their highest human potential and every team to grow and achieve success.  In addition, our cadre of experienced  U.S. Special Operations Forces operators and instructors will offer leadership tools, techniques, and practices that can benefit you and your team members long after your Gettysburg experience.

This battlefield leadership program focuses on individual leaders in the Battle of Gettysburg and the impact they had on the preparation, outcome and aftermath of the extraordinary events that shaped our history.  Were they ready when their test came? Could they have performed better? How so?  What actions or failures contributed to victory or defeat and leadership skills and lessons can we learn from their experiences and apply in our own lives and professions.  Gettysburg is the perfect place to understand the consequences, good or bad, that leaders have had on history.  Individual leaders matter, another clear lesson from the great battle fought here.    Join us on a unique journey to identify, learn and takeaway over thirty leadership case studies that will prepare your TEAM to become better equipped for the "Gettysburg's" that may come during your career.
